Proposed Session Description: The transition of Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy from academic or large centers to community practice represents a pivotal shift in oncology. The infrastructure required to deliver CAR T-cell therapies safely outside of the academic/large center setting is formidable. This session provides a deep dive into the logistical, regulatory, and accreditation blueprints necessary to bridge the gap between academic and community access from the collection and laboratory standpoint.

Learning Objectives:

• Understand the logistical challenges of delivering immune effector cell therapies in the community oncology setting.
• Discuss the regulatory and accreditation barriers to providing immune effector cell therapies in the community setting.
• Discuss the impact of limiting access to immune effector cell therapies to large centers or academic centers.
• Explain strategies to navigate the anticipated challenges for new therapy centers
