Michele has successfully navigated several mergers and acquisitions for blood bank operational areas of responsibilty, including computer integrations.
Her Six Sigma Black Belt certification has resulted in organizational savings over the projects completed throughout her career.
Those projects included lean manufacturing production, health history deferral and product waste reductions and lab consolidations.
During her free time, Michele and her husband are avid travelers, have raised three children-twin sons and a daughter, who all who work in medical-related fields. The family has also welcomed a new grandson in 2025.
