Nicole Stadele is the Senior Director of Quality Programs & Training Development at Vitalant, bringing more than 18 years of experience in quality management, organizational training, and program development. Throughout her career, she has led the design and implementation of comprehensive quality training programs that support both the Quality organization and key operational business units, strengthening organizational compliance, performance, and readiness.
Nicole has served as a project lead for multiple enterprise initiatives, including the successful implementation of Vitalant’s electronic Quality Management System (QMS), where she played a central role in planning, deployment, and cross functional alignment. She also spearheaded the implementation of Vital Release, Vitalant’s Operational Process Change Management system, and continues to serve as one of its system administrators and developers. In this capacity, she contributes to system design, optimization, and user adoption strategies that enhance consistency and drive organizational transformation.
With a deep commitment to quality excellence and workforce capability, Nicole is recognized for her ability to integrate technology, process improvement, and change leadership to support Vitalant’s mission and long-term quality strategy.
