Dr. Latifa Gaddah is an Immunopathologist and Biotherapies Specialist with advanced expertise in immunogenetics, Biotherapies and high-reliability laboratory systems. With an academic and clinical background, including a Master’s degree in Genetics and specialization in Biotherapies and Doctorate in Medecine. She is international fellow of College of American Pathologists and a regional leader in implementing international standards across advanced diagnostics. She serves as a CAP Inspector Team Leader, AABB International Member and Assessor, and previously ISQua International Fellow, supporting institutions in achieving accreditation’s. Her work spans stem cell processing, cryopreservation, potency assessment, immunogenetics characterization, and cellular therapy quality management. She is Assistant Professor of Immunopathology, Immunogenetics Unit University of Medecine Sussa Tunisia. Dr. Gaddah is also the founder of YLM Training & Consultancy, delivering scientific education and capacity building across the MENA region. Her vision centers on integrating biotherapies, precision immunology, and advanced quality systems to elevate patient safety and deliver transformative clinical outcomes .
