Jean Stanley has worked in healthcare for over 40 years. She received her MBA in healthcare administration, is certified as a specialist in blood banking, a quality manager of organizational excellence, a quality auditor, and six-sigma black belt through the American Society of Quality. In addition to working in hospital transfusion services and blood centers both on the bench and in managerial roles, Jean’s experience includes working as a Lean Specialist for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics and other organizations and as a quality healthcare consultant in Central Asia and Ukraine. Her current position is Global Medical Affairs Lead for Donor Screening at Roche Diagnostics.
