Michelle Ramos is a quality professional with four years of experience in the blood banking industry, all within the Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QRA) department. In this role, Michelle has played a key part in the administration and design of the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS), supporting continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. A significant focus of this work has included leading the migration to a new document control system and guiding the transition of several manual processes to streamlined electronic workflows.
Michelle also serves as a DEI-A (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) Lead, collaborating with the DEI-A team and senior leadership to identify concerns, elevate employee perspectives, and promote opportunities for organizational improvement.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Quality Assurance.
