Lynda Stanton is an operational and project leader with a proven track record of transforming complex strategy into scalable execution. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Project Management at Vitalant, she oversees a team of program and project managers responsible for enterprise and technology delivery of strategic initiatives.

Lynda's career is built on a foundation of business analysis, information systems, operations, and Big 4 consulting experience, where she developed a disciplined approach to process optimization and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to her current role, Lynda served as Vice President of the PMO at a private equity-backed healthcare technology organization. During her tenure, she built the PMO from start, leading 20+ large-scale cross-functional initiatives annually, including three M&A integrations.

Lynda is an MBA graduate and has a Masters in Information Systems (MIS) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Lynda resides in Scottsdale, AZ with her husband and 5-year-old son.​
