Kyle Annen, DO, CABP, QIA (ASCP) is Medical Director of Apheresis and Cellular Therapy at Children's Hospital Colorado and Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Annen is board certified in Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine and Clinical Pathology. Clinical, research, and educational efforts are focused on pediatric therapeutic apheresis and cellular therapies and pediatric transfusion medicine. Dr. Annen serves as Chair of the AABB Therapeutic Apheresis and Transfusion Practice Subsection Committee, is a member of the AABB Donor History Task Force, and serves as liaison to the AABB Standards Committee. Dr. Annen is an active educator, researcher, and leader in transfusion medicine and apheresis.
