Dr. Eric A. Gehrie is Vice President and Deputy Chief Medical Officer at New York Blood Center Enterprises in Rye, New York. Dr. Gehrie received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed his transfusion medicine training at Yale University. Prior to joining the New York Blood Center, he was on faculty at Yale School of Medicine (New Haven, CT), followed by Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine (Baltimore, MD), and the American Red Cross (Washington, DC).
