Chloe is the Director of Immunohematology Reference Laboratory for Blood Bank of Delmarva and Rhode Island Blood Center. She started her career at BBD in the IRL and Donor Screening laboratory, then moved to Quality & Regulatory Affairs and worked as the internal auditor and regulatory compliance specialist. Chloe earned her SBB certification in August 2022, which was when she returned to the Immunohematology Reference Laboratory as the manager. In addition to her present duties as Director, she also instructs blood bank laboratory courses at University of Delaware's Medical Laboratory Science program and serves on AABB's Social Media Committee. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys reading, snowboarding, and being amused by the antics of her cats, Daisy and Luna.
