Kevin Land, MD, CABP (Honorary) is Executive Medical Director, Biotherapies, and Vice President of Clinical Services at Vitalant, where he provides executive and medical leadership for hospital- and patient-facing services across the organization. He also serves as Interim Medical Director of the Adult HSC Lab at UPMC in Pittsburgh.
His clinical responsibilities include serving as Medical Director for AABB- and FACT-accredited Cellular Therapy Laboratories and HPC-A collection programs that support traditional hematopoietic progenitor cell transplantation, clinical trials, and CAR-T across multiple states. His work spans the full continuum of biotherapy services, from donor recruitment and cell collection through manufacturing support and patient care.
