Dr. Keller is the Executive of National Laboratories at the American Red Cross. She also oversees the American Rare Donor Program (ARDP). Margaret received her PhD in molecular genetics from the University of Pennsylvania and is adjunct Associate Professor at Thomas Jefferson University. She is editor-in-chief of the journal Immunohematology, and an Associate Editor for Transfusion. She is recipient of the 2022 Sally Frank Memorial Award from AABB. Margaret is ARDP liaison to the Molecular Testing Standards Committee and is on the ISBT Working Parties for Rare Donors and Red Cell Immunogenetics and Blood Group Terminology.
